General Information

Downtown parking will be making changes starting March 1, 2025. Until then they will be writing educational warning tickets. The two hour parking is still being enforced on 4th Street, in the Rose's Lot, and in the Blount Harvey Lot.

-Enforcement will be Monday - Friday between the hours of 7:00am - 6:00pm
-No paid parking except at the 4th Street Parking garage
-Free two hour parking on all street and in the following lots (Rose's Lot, Blount Harvey Lot, Harris Lot, Merchant Lot, Five Points Plaza, Hodges Lot, Chico's Lot, and Edwards Lot)
-Once allotted time has expired, the vehicle must be moved to a different lot or street block to avoid a citation
-Non-restricted parking is available on: Reade Street within 100 to 300 block, 2nd and 3rd Street between Cotanche and Washington Street, and 1st Street
-Everyone should still look out for special event parking and leased parking spaces
